厨房的灯火，切片秋收的贡品。  

南瓜、番薯，在指腹的权衡下，  

核算与米缸的汇率。  

我躬身，打捞所有低垂的脊椎。  

而风，只清点  

被破晓签收的姓名。

Kitchen light slices autumn’s offerings.  

Pumpkins, sweet potatoes—under fingertips’ measure,  

reckoned against the rice jar’s rate.  

I bend, salvage all drooping spines.  

But the wind only counts the names  

receipted by dawn.
